What is fun?
So, what - other than Twilight Princess - is there out there? I’ve got that, and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, but I’ve mostly been using it as a Wii-cube since I bought it. Since my memory card got corrupted, I’ve been a bit perturbed. What is it that I’m missing? I still like Wii-Sports, and Wii-Play is fun too, but, there aren’t
So, what I’m saying is, that we’ve forgotten how to just have a good time. Are there a slew of amazing and innovative titles on the Wii? Not really. There is the seed of hope, deep within the soil of the system, first, and third party developers. However, why isn’t it fun to just drive around in a truck, and do some stuff. ‘The controls are sluggish, and the graphics aren’t up to par’. So, because of those reasons, the game isn’t worth playing? At least, not for us. Not for those who’ve beaten it all on hard mode, who know how really hard it is to kill Ruby Weapon, and why its important to have a couple of saves on different memory cards. We’re the elite, but, we could do ourselves the favor of walking down from the peaks of our collective digital Olympus to play a game of tag with the mortals.
Just try it. Who knows? You might have some fun by accident.
