Nintendo’s Mario Kart Wii was finally unseated from its top slot in Media Create’s software chart list. After enjoying the spotlight for eight weeks, Sega’s Pro Yakyuu Team o Tsukurou! on the DS was finally toppled the racing title giant as the premiere video game in Japan for the week of May 19 to May 25.

Capcom’s Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G is still fully entrenched in its second place position. However, the PlayStation Portable title looks rather lonely amidst all the other Nintendo titles that were able to make it on the top 10 software list.
